An item is only eligible for return within 7 calendar days from package marked as delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Note
Original Shipping is not refundable. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.
If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customer’s expense or Paisley’s Palace INC, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.

Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
We do not accept exchanges.

Coupons
Coupons must be rendered at checkout, no exceptions, no refunds. We cannot combine coupon codes. 1 coupon per person, per transaction.

Refused or non deliverable Packages
Refused or non deliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
You will be charged the non deliverable fee that the courier charges us.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the non deliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

How Do I Make A Return?

Lost, Stolen and Damaged Items
Paisley's Palace is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. All packages are 100% insured until the courier tracking shows that it has been delivered. If your order gets stolen, Paisley's Palace is not responsible.

Original Payment

 

Paisley's Palace will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed.
Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the original order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

NOTE:
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don't refund original shipping and handling charges.

 

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

Please email support@paisleyspalace.com within 12 hours, if we have shipped your order we cannot cancel or refund a order.

Shipping Transit Times

Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. Once shipped it takes approx. 2-4 business days to deliver in the USA. Most customers receive their order within a few days.
All items will be shipped Via USPS standard shipping.
Order Status
Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking or directly from the email.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Note, if you use Amazon Pay to checkout, the confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your Amazon account, and not the email associated with our site.
